Polly Support

Polly syncs through your private iCloud account via CloudKit. Open Settings → Apple ID → iCloud on both devices and make sure iCloud is turned on for Polly. The first sync can take a minute. If it still doesn’t work, email me and I’ll help.

Apple handles all subscriptions. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Polly, and choose Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Polly needs “When In Use” location access to look up your local pollen forecast. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Polly and make sure it’s allowed. You can also search for a location manually on the Explorer tab.

Forecasts come from Google’s Pollen API and Open-Meteo. Both are regional models — they estimate pollen levels from weather, plant coverage, and time of year, so they can be off on any given day. Use the diary to spot your own patterns over a season.

All your diary and profile data lives on your device and in your private iCloud. Uninstall the app and, if you want to be thorough, delete Polly’s iCloud data in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Polly. That removes everything.
